Have a good credit history

To Apply for our apartments, you need:

1. A complete residential lease application fully signed
2. A copy of your most recent bank statement
3. A copy of your most recent pay stubs (full month) or two years of federal tax returns if you are self employed
4. A copy of a valid, government issued I.D (i.e Driver’s License, State I.D, passport)
5. Application FEE for the credit and background check
