- 2 Applicants 40 x $ _________ (monthly rent) = Your Yearly Income
- 3 Applicants 50 x $ _________ (monthly rent) = Your Yearly Income
Have a good credit history
To Apply for our apartments, you need:
- A complete residential lease application fully signed
- A copy of your most recent bank statement
- A copy of your most recent pay stubs (full month) or two years of federal tax returns if you are self employed
- A copy of a valid, government issued I.D (i.e Driver’s License, State I.D, passport)
- Application FEE for the credit and background check
